METEK Grup A.Ş. provides services in access control and Time & Attendance systems, corporate cafeteria systems, QR barcode tracking and payment software, e-campus software, smart building systems, turnstile systems, barrier systems, Automatic Number Plate Recognition systems, the Internet of Things (IoT) and data analytics. Our company is committed to confidentiality, integrity and the protection of all physical and electronic information assets.
Resources and business continuity
Our information and information security requirements will align with our corporate objectives. Management will employ well-trained, competent staff who are open to change, secure funding that enables us to compete in our industry, and provide sufficient equipment and infrastructure. The necessary financing for this infrastructure and personnel will also be provided. Business continuity and emergency plans, data backup procedures, protection against viruses and hackers, access control systems and information security incident reporting will form the foundations of our core activities. Vulnerabilities and threats identified through risk assessments will be addressed to ensure secure access to our customers’ and employees’ information.
Risk management
We will also define our objectives based on risk assessments and provide the resources and conditions required to achieve them.
Training and awareness
To implement this policy, we expect our employees to incorporate Information Security Management System requirements into their working practices. All personnel and designated third parties will receive appropriate training on the Information Security Management System.
Continual improvement
Applicable information security requirements, and the opportunities and obligations they entail, will be fulfilled and continually improved. Our company, personnel and all relevant parties will also be supported in adopting this system.
Policy review
Our Information Security Policy is reviewed annually, or when significant changes occur within our company, with the participation of management and department heads to ensure its suitability, accuracy, effectiveness and currency.
