Let’s plan your cafeteria access together.
Let’s assess employee and guest meal entitlements, meal times and entry points around your operations. We can clarify card or biometric authentication, turnstile connections and integration with personnel records as part of the project.
- User groups and meal entitlements
- Cafeteria entry points and authentication method
- Access records and reporting requirements
How does a cafeteria control system work?
The user presents a card or uses the selected verification method at the entrance. Access is evaluated against the configured meal entitlement and time window, and a usage record is created. Scenarios for visitors, shift workers and different meals are defined at the start of the project.
What should you share for a cafeteria project?
You can share daily user numbers, meal times, entrance numbers and existing turnstile or reader models. Business rules such as repeat use of the same meal, visitor meals and reporting requirements are discussed separately. If a connection to personnel software is needed, the data exchange scope is clarified together.
